Are the items unisex?

Yes! All our items are unisex. So depending on how oversize you want the fit, you can compare the fit of the female and male models on the website. All their sizes and heights are in the product description. If you are still in doubt, feel free to reach out to hello@baysidebound.com or via Instagram, we are happy to help! :-)

Where are the clothes produced?

All items are made in Bali (Indonesia) with love.

How do I find the right size?

We do our best to present the pieces on the product page in a lot of sizes. For your reference check the size guide for each product, it includes our models’ heights and their size. If you are still in doubt feel free to drop us a message via email (hello@baysidebound.com) or Instagram. 

How can I contact you?

My size is out of stock, will there be a restock?

Our collections are limited, but upon high demand we might plan a restock. By signing up for our newsletter and following us on Instagram you won’t miss any news. :)

Do you offer gift cards?

Can I wash the embroidered items in the washing machine?

Yes you can, but with a gentle cycle program. All the care instructions for each item you will find on each product page as well as inside the clothes on the care label. 

PAYMENT, SHIPPING & RETURN

Which payment methods are you providing?

We provide PayPal, Klarna and Credit Card as payment options.

How long does the shipping take?

We give our best to be as fast as possible. We ship with DHL and normally it takes 4-5 business days after ordering for your BB items to arrive.

How and where do you ship?

We ship with DHL, EU-wide. 

Is the shipping free?

The shipping is free above a purchase value of 79,00€.

Otherwise it will be 4,99€ for orders in Germany and 13,99€ for orders EU-wide.

How can I return an item?

We all know the struggle of being in-between two sizes sometimes. If you want to return an item, kindly send us an e-mail to hello@baysidebound.com within 14 days after the order was shipped. You need to cover the shipping costs, we recommend you to send it as an insured package, because in case of loss you are responsible. We are carefully designing everything with love and would love you to carefully choose what you order. 

Please note that all returned items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging pouch bag with all hangtags on in order to be refunded. Refunds will be done via the original payment method within 14 days after the return was made.
